Every call as a journal on the right eWay-CRM contact
Allo connects natively to eWay-CRM. Your contacts come into the dialer, and every call and text lands on the matching contact as a journal, with the AI summary and the recording, ready to read without leaving Outlook.

Call from eWay-CRM
in your browser
In the eWay-CRM web app, the Allo Chrome extension calls any number on the page and fills your Power Dialer from your contact lists. Every call still lands back on the contact as a journal.
With the Allo Chrome extension, an Allo icon sits next to every number in the eWay-CRM web app. Click it, then Call. Available on every Allo plan.

On a contact list, the extension finds the numbers and adds them to your Power Dialer queue. The Power Dialer is an add-on.

An Allo agent picks up and puts you through to sales or support. It is the fastest demo on this page.
It's a native integration. In Allo go to Settings > Integrations, pick eWay-CRM, enter your eWay-CRM web service address and sign in with your eWay-CRM account. No API key and no developer needed. Only admins and managers of an Allo workspace can connect integrations.
The eWay-CRM integration is included from the Business plan up. CRM integrations aren't part of Solo.
eWay-CRM opens its API from the Contacts & Companies (Standard) edition, so you need that edition or above. If your edition is lower, the connection will not go through.
Contacts sync one way, from eWay-CRM into Allo, with their company name and job title. Allo only fills in empty fields on existing contacts and never overwrites a name, email or number you entered. What Allo writes to eWay-CRM is the record of each conversation: calls and texts, logged as journals on the matching contact and company. A contact is created in eWay-CRM only for an unknown caller, and only if you switch that option on.
A journal on the matching contact, linked to its company. It uses eWay-CRM's Call Summary journal type, its subject reads like "Allo Outbound Call - Answered - Jordan Lee (6 m 12 s)", and its start and end match the call. The note holds the call tags, the AI summary and a link to the recording. The journal is assigned to the eWay-CRM user whose email matches the Allo user, or to the user who connected the integration if none matches. Texts are logged too, one journal per message with the time, the direction, who sent it and the text, using your SMS journal type if your eWay-CRM has one, Note otherwise.
On the contact's Journal tab and on its company. Every journal Allo writes carries the Allo icon as its picture and a subject that starts with "Allo", so it stands out in the timeline. You can also filter or group the Journal list by type to see calls and texts apart from the rest.
No. Allo writes each journal once, after the call or the text, and never edits it afterwards. Anything you add or change on it in eWay-CRM stays exactly as you left it.
Yes. The journal is written to eWay-CRM itself, so it shows up everywhere you already use it, in the Outlook add-in and in the web app.
The first sync can take up to 15 minutes on a large account. After that, contacts sync every 10 minutes. Only contacts with at least one phone number are imported.
The integration has no click-to-call of its own: you call from the Allo app, where your eWay-CRM contacts are already in the dialer. If you use the eWay-CRM web app in Chrome, the Allo Chrome extension adds an Allo icon next to every number on the page, on every Allo plan, and can import the numbers on a contact list into your Power Dialer queue (the Power Dialer is an add-on). Either way, the call is logged back on the contact as a journal, and the call list on web.withallo.com shows each call's sync state.
