Or talk it through with our team1You save it in AlloThe contact, and the note you added after the call.

Your Google contacts,
already in Allo
Turn the sync on once from the Allo mobile app. Your Google contacts come in, and the people you add in Allo go back to Google.
Names and every phone number come in on their own. The first sync takes 1 to 5 minutes, then new contacts sync in real time.
Email, company, job title, photo, birthday and notes come over from Google. If the same number is in both, Allo merges them instead of creating a duplicate.

An Allo agent picks up and puts you through to sales or support. It is the fastest demo on this page.
In the Allo mobile app, go to Settings, then Contacts, and turn on Google Contacts. Choose your Google account and authorize Allo. The first sync takes 1 to 5 minutes, then new contacts sync in real time.
Both ways: names, phone numbers, email addresses and notes. From Google to Allo, also the company, job title, contact photo and birthday. From Allo to Google, also call history tags. Photos added in Allo don't go back to Google.
When a contact has the same phone number in both, Allo merges them and keeps the most complete data. Allo matches on phone number first, then email, then exact name. A number written differently on each side (with or without the country code) can still create a duplicate, which you can merge in Google Contacts.
Not yet. Allo syncs all your Google contacts, with no option to pick contact groups. To keep them apart, use a separate Google account for business contacts and connect that one.
Contacts in Google's Other contacts don't sync. Move the contact to My Contacts in Google Contacts and it comes into Allo.
The sync stops and your contacts stay as they are, in Allo and in Google. You can also remove Allo's access from your Google Account permissions.
