What you get
in the sheet
Allo sets up the tabs and the columns the first time it writes. After that, every call is a row, contacts can come in from the sheet, and the rest of the spreadsheet is yours.
Each row has a clickable link to the call recording and one to the full transcript. The row appears 5 to 10 seconds after the call ends.
Type a contact in the Allo Sync Contacts tab and Allo creates it. Each one needs an Identifier, which can just be the row number.
Add columns, formulas, charts and pivot tables next to Allo's. Just don't delete or rename the nine columns Allo writes.

Allo needs edit access to add the rows, so the sheet must be set to Anyone with the link can edit. If it's view only, the connection fails.
No. Allo adds rows and never deletes any. If you disconnect, new calls stop being logged and everything already in the sheet stays.
