  • In Allo, open Settings, then Integrations, then Zapier. Paste the URL and choose what to send: calls, texts, contact changes, or everything.

Through a webhook. In Zapier, start a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier and the Catch Hook trigger, and copy the URL it gives you. In Allo, go to Settings, then Integrations, then Zapier, paste the URL and choose the events to send. No code and no developer needed.

Calls, texts and contact changes, whichever you pick in Allo. A call arrives with the contact's name and number, the direction, duration and time, the outcome (answered, voicemail or missed), the recording link, the transcript, the AI summary and the contact's tags.

Sending calls to Zapier is part of the Allo Business plan. You also need a Zapier account, and Zapier has a free tier.

It works one way. Allo sends its data to Zapier, and your Zaps pass it on to your other apps.
